EPICA Cancel Dutch Dates

Dutch female-fronted metallers EPICA were forced to cancel all previously announced dates for this weekend after their singer, Simone Simons, was taken ill. The affected shows are as follows:

Oct. 13 - Eindhoven, NETH @ Effenaar
Oct. 14 - Arnhem, NETH @ Willemeen
Oct. 15 – Utrecht, NETH @ Helling
Oct. 16 – Rotterdam, NETH @ Nighttown

EPICA's sophomore album, "Consign to Oblivion", was released in April via Transmission Records. The band issued their first DVD, "We Will Take You With Us / 2 Meter Sessies", in September 2004. The disc came in a limited-edition deluxe ECO-Book (containing a 40-page booklet) with an additional bonus CD containing all of the "2 Meter Sessies" recordings.
